BTF ("Beauty That Fills") is a Korean developer of home beauty devices, introduced to Teranova at InterCHARM Korea 2026. Its flagship product, the Ultrasonic Duo, combines two ultrasound technologies — HIFU and SDM — in a single handset; per the company, it is the only at-home device that combines both in one unit. BTF also sells a Professional Hair Iron and, per the company, is developing a standalone SDM-only device.
BTF originated from a parent company specialising in heat-transfer decoration and injection moulding. This background lets the company manage the full product-development cycle in-house — concept, design, tooling, moulding, production and finishing — both for its own devices and for OEM/ODM partners.
As of September 2026, BTF states it has no exclusive distribution agreements in place, so no territory is closed to a new partner. The Professional Hair Iron is available for sale now; the standalone SDM-only device is in early development, with BTF targeting a launch window between January and February 2027 and specifications not yet finalised.

Marketed as the Infinity-Styler, per BTF's material: an all-ceramic floating-plate iron with automatic safety shut-off. Available for sale now; OEM/ODM open (EXW, standard MOQ from 1,000 units, potentially negotiable for simple logo, packaging or body-colour customisation, per BTF's letter of 14 September 2026). Confirmed technical specifications, certification (KC/CE expected in October 2026, per the company), final MOQ, pricing and official English product photography are still pending BTF's October materials package.
SDM-only device
In development. Per BTF, it will add a fourth ultrasound frequency (1 MHz) to the existing 3/10/16 MHz set; the company targets a January–February 2027 launch. Specifications are not finalised and no product materials have been received, so no dedicated page is published for it yet.
HIFU — deep tightening
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound at 7 MHz, targeting the 3.0mm dermis and a 4.5mm depth BTF calls the SMAS layer, to stimulate collagen — per BTF, the same mechanism used in professional clinic devices. BTF describes the 4.5mm depth as reaching "the same facial support layer treated in surgical facelifts" — a comparison made by the manufacturer, not an independent claim of surgical-equivalent results.
SDM — surface brightening
Super-dense Droplet Micro-ultrasound across three frequencies (3, 10 and 16 MHz), spreading energy over a wider area of the dermis than HIFU alone. Per BTF, this is the same protocol used in high-end aesthetic clinics.
Fixed-cartridge design
No cartridge to replace. BTF's own technical specification states that the side button ships pre-set to 1,000 shots on first use, then switches to unlimited output for the life of the device — a detail its marketing pages omit when they describe the device simply as "unlimited shots." Teranova states the qualified version here because it is what BTF's own specification document says.
Gyro-sensor safety
A gyroscope auto-pauses output after 3 seconds without movement and shuts the device off after 2 minutes, per BTF's specification.

As stated by BTF: the Ultrasonic Duo holds KC and CE certification, and its pain-reduction mechanism is covered by a patent (no patent number given). The Professional Hair Iron's KC and CE certification is expected to be completed in October 2026, per the company, and is not yet confirmed.
