In some cosmetics categories, packaging matters as much as the formula: a mist is only as good as the fineness of its spray, and a product made of two incompatible phases will never reach the market without the right jar. Pumps and sprayers
The pump and dispenser line includes foam pumps, fine mist sprayers for the face, airless pumps and auto droppers. According to the company, these mechanisms were developed in-house and are already used on products of global brands.
An airless pump solves the same problem as a capsule in skincare: the formula does not come into contact with air until application — an argument for products with sensitive actives.
Dual-chamber jars and sticks
A dual-chamber jar keeps two formulas separate and mixes them before application — a construction for products whose actives cannot be stored together. The stick line includes a liquid stick, a vibrating applicator for foundation products and an ampoule stick; the mechanisms are patented by the company.
The company injection-moulds and blow-moulds bottles and jars in volumes from roughly 5 to 300 ml, including non-standard shapes thanks to injection blow moulding in a single mould.
Why it matters for a brand
A functional construction gives a brand a difference the customer can feel in their hands, not just read on the label. And the patent protection of the construction works for the client: a shelf with such a product does not fill up with copies within a single season.
