RNH BIO is a Korean biotechnology company from Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, specialising in exosomes. Using its own Multi RN-Exosome™ technology, it produces plant-derived exosomes itself. Alongside the EXOLUNA brand of finished products, the company supplies exosome raw material for cosmetics, aesthetics and hair care, and carries out product development.
The plant exosomes are produced by upcycling: the raw material is low-value agricultural produce and by-products of processing. The line-up covers exosomes from several plant sources, among them Japanese hop, coffee fruit, camellia fruit, peppermint, rice and seaweed. RN-Exosome™ Scalp Booster Ampoule + Activator
The retail scalp care line. A 60 ml ampoule and a freeze-dried activator, mixed before use. The company states a complex of four plant exosomes — Japanese hop, coffee fruit, camellia fruit and peppermint — together with biotin, amino acids and the functional ingredients MELTANE and caffeine. Use once a day in the evening.
EXOLUNA RX PRO
A clinic set of two vials: 2 g of freeze-dried exosomes and a 2 ml activating ampoule. A dual exosome system — milk and camellia fruit. The company positions it for use immediately after procedures, including MTS and laser. Stated purposes: recovery, tone, firmness.

Multi RN-Exosome
The company's own technology. Exosomes are obtained from plant material by upcycling, and they go into finished products as complexes of several types rather than one at a time. For individual finished products the company also lists milk exosomes in the composition.
Freeze-dried plus activator
The exosomes are supplied dried in a vial, the activating ampoule comes separately, and the two are mixed immediately before use. The format was chosen for stability: once prepared, such a system does not keep for long. For a buyer that means specific storage requirements and staff training.
Results stated by the company
The company gives the following figures. In an experiment on dermal papilla cell culture it obtained an increase in proliferation exceeding the result of minoxidil; it describes the component itself as 20–40 per cent more effective. HDF cell viability by the CCK8 method rose by 50 per cent with milk exosomes added. The antioxidant activity of camellia exosomes by the DPPH method proved 14 times higher than that of blueberry. Separately the company reports an AI-analysis test: after a week of use, changes in hair growth rate and in the number of hairs per follicle opening were recorded. All of the above is the manufacturer's own data, obtained on laboratory models and in its own tests. These are not clinical trials of the finished product on people. Permitted wording on a label depends on the market, and comparison with a medicinal product is not allowed everywhere.
MoCRA registration
The company states a completed registration under the US MoCRA regime for the RN-Exosome™ Scalp Booster Ampoule + Activator set. As of September 2026 this is the only registered item. A registration confirms that the market-access procedure has been carried out; it is not a confirmation of efficacy.
