On 27 August 2026 two of our staff were at the HANSCOS site in Incheon, where the factory and the office stand at one address in the Namdong Industrial Complex. The company's director took part in the meeting. The minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms shown below were recorded at it, and we took away samples of three products. The photographs of the factory and the workshops were sent to us by the company after the visit, together with its portfolio.

HANSCOS CO., LTD is a Korean full-cycle cosmetics manufacturer. The plant and office are in Incheon, the company has been working since 2009 and, by its own account, has developed more than five thousand formulations.
One group holds three parts that usually have to be sourced separately. HANSCOS handles development and production, C PROPACK makes the packaging: bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps and boxes. HANS LABELLE sells the finished goods through an online mall and a network of 162 franchise stores across Korea.
For a client this means the formula, the container and the box are costed in one place. When packaging comes from an outside contractor, lead times stack up one after another and responsibility for mismatches gets diluted.
The plant has been audited to ISO 22716, with certificates issued by Bureau Veritas and EuroCert. The company also states CGMP, holds a quasi-drug manufacturing licence, a The Vegan Society registration and FOASU trademarks in the United States and China.

Face masks
Sheet and hydrogel masks. Masks have a dedicated production line, with a second one launched in 2022. The minimum order is 20,000 units for sheet masks and 30,000 units for hydrogel masks per item.
Face care
Toners, essences, serums, ampoules, creams and mists. The plant's main direction, with a minimum order of 5,000 units per item.
Body and hair care
Body and hair products run through the same cycle: formulation, filling and packaging inside one group.
Bulk semi-finished product
The company also supplies the product unfilled, where the client has its own filling line.
C PROPACK packaging
Bottles, jars, tubes, pumps and caps of its own production, together with individual boxes, SET boxes, gift sets and bags.

A full cycle in one pair of hands
Development, design, production and packaging supply sit inside one group. The client does not have to align a laboratory, a container maker and a printer between themselves.
Ready formulations instead of development from scratch
By the company's account more than five thousand formulations have been accumulated. For a project on a limited budget this means an existing formula is more often adapted than a new one written.
ISO 22716 with two auditors
The ISO 22716 certificates were issued by Bureau Veritas and EuroCert. Copies are in the company's materials and are handed to the buyer at the deal stage.
Own retail as a check
HANS LABELLE is an online mall and 162 franchise stores. The plant produces not only for other brands but under its own name, and sees the result at the shelf.

- Production lead time
- About 60 working days after the formulation, design and packaging are finally agreed.
- Payment terms
- 50% prepayment on order placement and 50% before shipment, within 10 days of the notice that the goods are ready.
- Prices
- Price on request. We do not publish the plant's wholesale prices openly: the calculation depends on the formulation, the packaging and the batch volume. The buyer receives current terms at the deal stage through Teranova, as a separate line from the cost of our services.
- Samples and documents
- The company hands over product samples and copies of certificates while the project is being discussed.
