All-in-one cosmetics: how one step replaces a shelf of products

We break down the all-in-one format using the Multi-Solution line from the Korean brand KIFT: why one multifunctional product cuts a 6–10-step routine, who this kind of care suits and why it's convenient for the distributor and buyer.

The classic Korean skincare routine is 6–10 steps: cleansing, toner, essence, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, mask, sunscreen. It delivers results, but it takes time, discipline and a shelf crowded with jars. In response to this fatigue with multi-step care, a distinct format has emerged on the market — all-in-one cosmetics, where a single product takes on several of the skin's needs at once. The Korean brand KIFT is built entirely around this idea, and its Multi-Solution line is a clear example of how the format works and why it appeals not only to the end consumer but also to the distributor.

KIFT COMPANY is the brand's owner and developer: the company creates the formulations and owns the concept, while the finished products are manufactured through certified Korean production partners rather than at its own factory. This approach is standard for modern niche cosmetic brands and lets the company focus on the formula rather than on production lines.

What 'all-in-one' means in practice

All-in-one is not a 'cream that does everything', but a formulation in which a single step brings together several cosmetic actives that address interrelated needs: hydration, care for the protective barrier, fresh radiance and cosmetic evening of skin tone. Instead of layering five products, the user gets one product where these functions are already combined.

KIFT's Multi-Solution line has four core all-in-one formats. Multi-Solution Face & Eye Serum is a multifunctional birch-sap serum for the face and eye area at once, with bakuchiol, niacinamide and a hyaluronic acid complex. Multi-Solution Miracle Mask Cream is a barrier mask-cream with a complex of five ceramides. Multi-Solution Air Glow Cream is a lightweight cream with Galactomyces ferment filtrate for weightless hydration and natural radiance. Rounding out the line are the leave-on Super Bubble Mask and the Face & Body Soap cleansing bar for face and body.

Who the format is for

All-in-one is an answer to a specific lifestyle, not a universal replacement for all skincare. It suits those who have neither the time nor the desire for a long routine: busy people, those who travel and don't want to carry a dozen jars, the male audience that traditionally prefers the fewest possible steps, and beginners for whom a full multi-step system looks too complicated.

It's important to be honest about the limits: a multifunctional product simplifies care and saves time, but it does not claim to solve dermatological problems — this is cosmetics, not medicine. For a buyer with specific skin concerns, narrowly specialized products still have their place. The all-in-one format wins where simplicity, speed and clarity are valued.

Why it's convenient for the distributor and buyer

For the wholesale buyer, the all-in-one format solves several practical tasks at once. First, a short line is easier to purchase and ship: eight SKUs instead of dozens of items means fewer stock-keeping units, a more compact warehouse and a clearer assortment matrix on the shelf. Second, the format has a clear, easily readable sales message: 'fewer steps — more time' doesn't require explaining a complex application routine to the customer, which simplifies merchandising, promotion and staff training.

Third, all-in-one fits a range of channels well — from beauty retail and drugstores to marketplaces and duty-free — because it doesn't require the customer to build a whole system around the product. The availability of trial and set formats (for example, a Discovery Kit for the cleansing bar and mini versions of the mask) gives the buyer a tool to test-drive the category without large upfront investment.

What to consider when adding it to your range

According to the company, some SKUs in the line have an EU CPNP notification as well as US MoCRA listings; a registration reference or listing, however, is a claimed status rather than a regulator's approval, and copies of the supporting documents are provided at the deal stage. The company planned to have updated documents for individual items, including Multi-Solution Air Glow Cream, ready by mid-August 2026.

The cooperation format is wholesale supply of the brand's finished products on EXW Suwon terms, with a minimum unit per the price list of one carton per SKU. Teranova coordinates and supports the deal: it checks documents and wording, arranges negotiations and samples, and handles logistics and customs clearance. Exact wholesale prices and terms are available on request.
